What Music Does the Band Perform at Corporate Events?Only the very best bangers that everyone will know and enjoy to fill your dance floor. Motown, Soul, RnB, Dance, Hip Hop, Funk and more. We book a consultation with you to determine the best songs for us to play based on the demographics of your guests, then our musical director reads the room on the night to make sure we're playing the perfect songs for the moment, based on the taste profile built during our consultation.

Our Venue has a Sound Limiter - Can the Band Work with Sound Limiters?Absolutely! We work in collaboration with the venue to keep sound levels within the guidelines, whilst providing you with the party atmosphere you deserve.

What Does the Band Need on The Day?We kindly ask for a substantial hot meal (and somewhere to eat it!), somewhere to change clothes & store cases, access to soft drinks. We're very easy to deal with, it's a very hands-off experience, so you can rest easy, knowing that the professionals have it covered.

What is Your Booking Process?Schedule a call with us to tell us about your event. We'll then hone in on the best lineup for your specific needs. Next we send an agreement for you to sign and invoice for the deposit. Once these are actioned, the date is booked! Then, 2 months before the event the balance is due and 6 weeks before the event we have a final consultation, discussing the timings, demographics of guests, any important messaging, stings etc. Then the booking is complete & we make it a reality for you on the dance floor.

How Long Does the Performance Last?We give you 2 x 1 hour sets of incredible live music as standard which is perfect for 99% of events.

Do You Perform at Other Special Occasions?Absolutely! We play at Corporate Events, Weddings, VIP Parties, Festivals, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs - you name it! If someone's looking for an unforgettable party, we're available to make it happen!

Are the Performers Insured?We are insured and all of our gear is PAT tested regularly. We provide risk assessment documents wherever required and each event has a detailed plan of action sent out to our entire team. In short, we've got it covered!

Do You Do Requests?Absolutely! We're open to requests at any stage during the planning, until our final consultation 6 weeks before the event when our musical director builds your taste profile. On the night, our musical director reads the room and calls the songs from your unique taste profile that will work best based on what's happening on the dance floor - giving you an optimised party experience.

Do You Do Production?Absolutely! We include a sound system suitable for events up to 150 people, and some automatic lighting to get the party atmosphere going. If you have a specific vision for lighting, or a larger crowd, we have upgrades available to meet any brief.

Do You Offer Any Additional Performers Alongside the Band?Absolutely! From DJs to Choirs, Harpists to Breakdancers - we've got an incredible roster of London's greatest talent all under one roof. Just let us know your vision and we'll make it happen for you!

Does the band require meals or refreshments?Yes please! One substantial hot meal and access to soft drinks for each member of our team is greatly appreciated!

Does the band provide their own lighting and sound equipment?We bring a state of the art PA system suitable for events up to 200 people as standard, included in our pricing. We also include some automatic lighting to get the party atmosphere started. We also have lighting upgrades available - speak to us for more info!

Hello! We're Tim & Lauren Reynolds,
the husband & wife team behind Next Level Music.
Working as musicians in various wedding bands for over 10 years, we noticed a common attitude in a lot of musicians and band leaders... they seemed to care more about what was for dinner, or what time they finished than creating an awesome experience for the client and their guests!
